- ½ jar (5 ounces) dried beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ¼ cup butter( 4 tablespoons), room temperature
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon each, dried basil, dill, marjoram, oregano and thyme
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Finely chop beef in small food processor, pour onto a small plate, wrap
in plastic and set aside.

Mix cheese and butter together in a small bowl. Add garlic, salt, basil,
dill, marjoram,
oregano, thyme and pepper and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly
combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled and set up, about
2 or 3 hours.

Roll cheese mixture into small balls then roll in the chopped beef until
completely covered.Refrigerate until ready to serve.
