Sandwich Fillings: Chicken Salad

Makes 4 servings
  • 2 boneless, skinless, cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small celery rib, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried chervil or parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

  1. Chop chicken and place in med sized bowl.
  2. Add garlic, celery, onion powder, chervil, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine.
