Makes 4 servings
- 8 slices Cheddar Dill bread
- 2 tbl Dijon mustard
- 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese
- 8 plum tomato slices
- 4 slices Gouda cheese
- 8 Slices bacon, cooked very crisp
- 4 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Butter flavored vegetable spray
- Spread 8 slices of bread with a light coating of mustard .
- Place one slice of Jarlsberg cheese on each of 4 bread slices.
- Place 2 tomato slices on top of cheese slices, then 1 slice of Gouda cheese on the tomatoes, then 2 slices of bacon on top of the Gouda. Cover the bacon with the cheddar cheese and then top with the remaining bread slices.
- Spray bread with butter spray and place on grill pan, butter sprayed side down.
- Spray upper bread slice with butter spray and grill on both sides, over low heat, until cheeses melt and bread becomes golden.
