Grilled Cheese,Tomato and Bacon

Makes 4 servings
  • 8 slices Cheddar Dill bread
  • 2 tbl Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese
  • 8 plum tomato slices
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 8 Slices bacon, cooked very crisp
  • 4 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • Butter flavored vegetable spray

  1. Spread 8 slices of bread with a light coating of mustard .
  2. Place one slice of Jarlsberg cheese on each of 4 bread slices.
  3. Place 2 tomato slices on top of cheese slices, then 1 slice of Gouda cheese on the tomatoes, then 2 slices of bacon on top of the Gouda. Cover the bacon with the  cheddar cheese and then top with the remaining bread slices.
  4. Spray bread with butter spray and place on grill pan, butter sprayed side down.
  5. Spray upper bread slice with butter spray and grill on both sides, over low heat, until cheeses melt and bread becomes golden.
