Liverwurst Filling

Yield: 6 servings
  • ½ pound liverwurst
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

1.  Process liverwurst in small processor until smooth and spreadable.
2.  Spoon into a small bowl.
3.  Stir in mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
