Canned Tuna Salad


Makes 4 servings
  • 2 (6 oz ) cans white tuna ( 1in water, 1 in oil )
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small celery rib, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

  1. Drain both cans of tuna well. Flake tuna into medium bowl.
  2. Add garlic, celery, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine.
