Makes 4 servings
- 2 (6 oz ) cans white tuna ( 1in water, 1 in oil )
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 small celery rib, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- Drain both cans of tuna well. Flake tuna into medium bowl.
- Add garlic, celery, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
