Roquefort Ball

If Roquefort isn't available Gorgonzola or Stilton or any type of Bleu Cheese may be used.  Unless you are hosting a party for the Pope, Roquefort , at $ 18.99 a pound, is probably a bad choice, even though it is the most delicious of the BLEUS.

Yield: 8 servings

Thursday June 1, 1995

  • 2-3 ounces Roquefort cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
